I which everybody would be so forthcoming about them so that the learning process can start sooner. It also has somewhat to do with the ability to tell a developer that they made bad code. Whenever I have the opportunity I ask if and what I did wrong, because those are learning moments, asking about the things you did correct is only to boost your ego ;) -Mark Thanks for sharing your mistakes.
